New Frontiers in Science – Munich Summer Academy 2005
Please note that these brochures are only intended to give a brief overview. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write to us with your questions. We shall attempt to reply to all letters as quickly as possible.
Together with the brochures you have received an enrolment form. Please fill out this form and return it to us or you can enrol per e-mail (see contact information), so that we can reserve you a position. The registration deadline is the 17th of June 2005.
The reservation is only temporary. Only after the deposit of 100 € can we verify the reservation. Please not that we can not return the deposit, should you wish to withdraw your enrolment. The deadline for the registration and deposit is the 17th of June 2005.
Upon payment of the deposit you will receive a verification as well as further information.
The remainder of the fee must be paid by the 22th of July 2005.

The international summer course “New Frontiers in Science – Science, Media, Art and Economy for the Future” commences on the 1st of August 2005 and concludes on the 28th of August 2005. (An extension to the length of stay can be organised upon request.)
A directions sketch for the arrival will be sent to you after enrollment.
Please inform us in due time if you have organised alternative accommodation in Munich.
Please note that you are responsible for your own meals during your stay. Cheap meals (between approximately 1.50 € and 4 €) are available at both the cafeteria and the dining hall of the university.
Don’t forget your bathers! Munich is well known for its beautiful lakes, which lie on the outskirts of the city, e. g. the Feringasee is only a 15min. journey (with a bicycle) from the city, thereto Munich also has a range of public swimming pools as well as the Isar, which flows through the heart of the city.
It is advisable to bring adequate clothing (not necessarily black-tie) for visits to concerts or the theatre.
